A truely horrendous experience , do not go anywhere near this firm, this particular person was unproffessional, rude, abrupt arrogant and aggressive in her approach. All parties in our sale commented how poor they were causing much stress and anxiety! 1 star review is too good for them!

Wouldn't give them 1 star cost me £6500 just for a occupation had to pay for 1 off there barristers witch was £500 messed my bill up and they asked for more now threatening me with court as I said not paying for your mess ups on my bill they had more then what there job was worth

The worse Conveyancy firm we could have chosen !
It’s a very long story, but please stay away from this Conveyancy firm. We used them for the sale of our property and the purchase of a new build. They handle client’s files with neglect and lack of competence. They made so many errors on our file and made the whole process of moving so much more stressful! We complained several times by offering constructive feedback but no improvements were made. They couldn’t even accept, with humbleness, the constructive feedback we offered and simply went on to make more mistakes on our file and statements. Moving home is a stressful process, moving home with incompetent solicitors is a nightmare! Happy to share more details if anyone is interested. Please just go elsewhere. Good luck

A very incompetent law firm. Barely correspond with clients. We have called them several times on regard to the transfer of our property that still ongoing. When we call them they act as if we are bothering them. Is this how all this works. I have worked in conveyancing on South Africa and I have never treated clients the way we have been treated. It's been two weeks and they keep saying our contract is in the post. We are worried and panicking. I think the law society ought to know about this travesty. Failure to get our transfer done in the rime scales agreef. They will have the law society to answer to. Sarah Sims in Chandlers Ford and she is barely in the office. The proffession deserves integrity and respect. Please do better.

Terrible service. Totally incompetent and/or they simply don't care. They have delayed the exchange of our contracts by 2 weeks now with no sign of them progressing the sale without extreme pressure from clients, agents and other solicitors. Do not use these solicitors if you want to buy a property. Ted Coulter particularly useless.

I used Dutton Gregory for my mother's mortgage as I was recommended a specific solicitor there, but he was a little over capacity at the time and recommended we go with a gent called Hugh Bernard. The profession I work in involves me speaking to many different solicitors, but I've never dealt with a solicitor that is as attentive and as professional as Hugh. A typical difficulty people experience is actually getting hold of their solicitor on the phone, but over the last few months, I don't think there was a single occasion that Hugh didn't take my call. Brilliant service, and will be using again!

Very poor service from Katharine West (now left the company).
In my opinion totally incompetent, resulting in a lot of pain, grief and expense to a number of people.
The buck should stop with her managers ...
A pity that it's not possible to give a negative rating.

I would give zero stars if I could. They spent ten days 'studying' my case before deciding they didn't want to proceed, presumably because they wouldn't gave made enough money out of it

Absolutely terrible service from this company. Andrew Kirkconnel is an incompetent and obnoxious man. If you require a professional service do not use this company. Huge waste of money and time. Very annoyed!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THESE SOLICITORS! Very unprofessional and their work is incompetent. They will do what they can to cut corners and save themselves work. They will lie and work together to cover themselves. Very disappointed in the service they offer, but hope to help others from making the same mistake.

Do not use Mr Michaal Kingman to represent you. He had three years to bring a case in front of a judge and with only 3 months to go before the deadline expired (after 33 months) he has decided that they have no case so they are dropping it. I now have no time to go elsewhere so have lost any chance of justice that I might have received.
