We were completely let down by this firm, they were far from the cheapest but we thought they would be good as they had been established a long time but their fee of over £9000 was a complete waste of money. They completely missed a discrepency with the land registry documents which resulted in us losing a third of the plot we belived we had purchased. When we went back to them about this they were defensive, rude and completely unhelpful, I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

We were first time buyers they were very poor communicators, phone them up to find out how it was going and they were trying to get you off the phone, was hard to get information out of them. Wont use them again.

I would never recommend this firm to anyone, especially regarding property. Chronic lack of information is provided at all stages, communication is very poor, levels or courtesy & professionalism are abysmal.
