The staff are the rudest, ignorant people I have ever come across in a professional environment. Their emails are curt, impolite, rude and ignorant. There is not an ounce of customer service even within their emails to business partners. When requesting information, the staff treat business partners with utmost contempt. As a receiver of emails from them, I cannot work out who is in charge as all staff appear to read eachother's email and reply on eachother's behalf in the same terrible manner. There seems to be a culture of pure contempt for clients and business partners. Stay away.

Stay clear of these- disgraceful service, quoted £500+ for a service I didn't get. No correspondence since Summer 2017, but a nice bill plus charges. Very unprofessional. Should be reported.

Called in ref to a contractual dispute. Sounded completely disinterested in helping me. Even had a go I called up at 1600 on a Friday when they are listed to be open until 1715. Wanted £300 to write up a basic contract and wouldn't discuss or even asvice anything without sounding like he was mocking. Professional I think not. Please avoid.

I tried to use this firm for a family matter but the solicitor on the end of the telephone was rude and grumpy. No idea of customer service, politeness or manners. Cannot recommend.

Letters go unanswered, telephone calls end with being promised a call back which never arrives. Personal visit to office completely fruitless. Six months down the line still not resolved. Cannot recommend.

I used this firm for a family matter. The staff were rude and uninterested and clearly not happy in their jobs. My calls were not returned and my letters were ignored. I was given a very high bill when I told the firm I wanted a different firm to act for me. I am afraid I cannot recommend this firm in any way.

A firm that I have used over a number of years for a full range of legal problems.
The staff have always been helpful, and the legal advice has been excellent.
I would well recommend Goldbergs as the ideal legal firm in Plymouth.
