Andrew Veitch has dealt with a few property matters on my behalf (conveyancing, landlord & tenant, leases and a dispute with my neighbour.) I have always found him to be extremely efficient and effective. The difference compared to other solicitors I have dealt with in the past is that he is willing to take the time to explain everything to you (and in terms you can understand) and is very friendly. He also gives a free initial consultation on each matter - which has saved me money when on his advice I have decided not to proceed.

Provided an exceptional legal advice concerning an insurance break in. Due to technicalities, there were refusals to honour their commitment to pay. Andrew researched the situation thoroughly and backed his arguments with case law. His determination proved successful, and I won the case. Without his perseverance, I am sure the outcome would have been very different.
