The worst service I have ever accounted, unprofessional, slow and evasive to the extreme. Please avoid that all costs.

It was a terrible experience, the service levels were the worst I have ever experienced. Waiting at one time over seven weeks to get a response. Attention to detail was very poor. I would advise anyone not to use this company.

I found the service to be exceptional, i was always kept informed at all times and when i wanted to speak to the acting solicitor it was always easy to get hold of him. My experience was with GWL Heswall office.

The service was excellent and I considered the charges to sell my late father's house to be reasonable. The solicitor handling the sale and other members of staff were all courteous and efficient. I was kept fully informed throughout the process. I would recommend this organisation.

The service provided by Mr Broughton and his colleagues in order to purchase our property was excellent. Experiences with other solicitors over many years has sometimes been less than perfect, due to slow responses at times. But in all respects GWL have been the best we have used. Mr Broughton telephoned us after any query on the same day, which impressed us greatly, and he provided helpful advice throughout. The charges were reasonable and I would recommend GWL to others as solicitors in whom you can have confidence.

This company was recommended to me. I found it to be a very sympathetic service to draw up my will. I was very apprehensive of the process but Wendy made it very simple and understandable. I appreciated her attention to detail and kindness as well as her skill. The charges were as quoted and despite some changes instigated by me the work was completed on budget.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

Having never dealt with a will and probate before I was happy to let this firm deal with everything. their service was excellent , they kept me well informed about the process , both with letters and phone calls and were always most helpful and informative. I didn't shop around beforehand so do not have much of a comparison for costs but the final invoice did not exceed the quotation.
