The service or should I say lack of it provided by this firm has been very poor. From initially spending an entire morning in magistrates waiting for contact, to false information, to Helen Turners arrogant attitude I would strongly recommend you look for an alternative solicitor. No wonder they are scratching around looking for legal aid clients, anyone paying for legal representation themselves would fire them. One star as I can rate zero...

We are genuinely sorry you are upset Mark, but if we were 'scratching around for clients' then we would have been happy to spend the hours required to pursue a claim for you against the police for the loss of your £10 phone. Instead we like to concentrate on real crime

In response you were paid by the government to act on my behalf. Your response only reiterises my review about your bad attitude. I have since received the money for my phone and was told by the police my solicitors should have firstly spotted the error and secondly acted on my behalf in resolving this.. review upheld you arrogant bunch
