Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible lack of knowledge, respect and responsibility of errors. The amount of errors with my case were unbelieveable. Michelle mixed me up with other clients, ignored me, lied about sending things to court, lost paperwork and tried to charge twice for the same work.
Avoid at all costs

My dealings with JMS Solicitors have been an entirely positive experience. Professional, thorough and knowledgable is just some of the attributes I would give this company. I think the difference between JMS Solicitors and other companies, in my opinion, is the personal touch. I never felt like 'just another client'. The level of contact, time in which my case was handled and the way I was treated has all been the deciding factor in me recommending them to anyone needing a solicitor. I certainly wouldn't be using the services of any other soplicitors firm in the future. Thank you Michelle, for all your help and advice. I am so grateful. You have made such a difference, not just in my case's outcome, but also in the whole experience

I have recommended JMS for over 5 years and find that my clients are extremely satisfied with their professional yet personal service. As a Mortgage Broker it is vital that our clients receive not only a professional and friendly service from us, but also from the Conveyancer who finalises the whole process. I have no hesitation in using JMS for my own legal matters, and in recommending them to my clients

I bought my first house through JMS and was delighted with the friendly personal service and the way my case was handled throughout. I had a direct line to the partner who was dealing with my case, and always felt that my solicitor was approachable and working hard for me. As an estate agent I fully understand how important it is to use a solicitor who makes time for me and who does everything they can to make sure my transaction goes through smoothly and quickly – I have no hesitation in recommending JMS
