Terrible service. Instructed them September 2012, since then to date I had 4 different solicitors taking over my case, WITHOUT INFORMING ME!!!

Found out all they done for the past year was to contact the insurance group of my company. Had to transfer my files from then and instruct another law firm.

They are irresponsible, unhelpful, unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with.

Just received a letter from them saying they are closing for business 31 Oct and can't finish the conveyance that they were instructed on in June!
No indication of whether they are merging or what is happening to them, and the staff are very unhelpful, presumably because they are serving their notices.

After much delay they have just told us that they are closing their business and cannot complete the conveyance for us. Very poor communication. Seemed unable to actually give any legal advice relating to the proposed lease.

Absolutely terrible. They're slow, unresponsive and shockingly unhelpful - i completely regret instructing them, and strongly agains using their conveyancing service.

Avoid these solicitors for conveyancing. They are slow, unhelpful and charge too much for what little they offer.
