Very poor communication, reluctant to follow up enquiries and did not take instruction. It took 13 weeks to complete and as a result of inaction by the solicitor the chain was in jeopardy. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We found their service to be painfully slow. We were often kept waiting for meetings and finally found them to be disinterested in assisting, with more concern for their own welbeing that their clients.
