We purchased a property using this firm for the sale, the property had a blight in it that we were never told about . The freeholder will not allow the property to be leased , we only buy properties that can be leased out ....this property only allows owner to reside there. We only purchase rental property / income producing . When asked about this situation we received no answer! We have now been told that in order to rent the property we must buy a license for £ 4000 or sell it ....when this problem was told to the conveyancing department, we received no answer ....we are left holding the bag , and out £ 4000., losing rent as the freeholder won't allow us to rent it without license and selling it for less . This firm has cost us a lot of money by not informing us of the blight on this property .

Great local firm. Really helpfull and did exactly what was needed to sort things out for me at a very good price Will definitely use again.
