These were most horrible solicitors I've ever encountered! It turned out that James McCusker had been heavily fined for dishonest conduct relating to buying houses. Iain Cochrane was someone I just had to suffer because I was dealing with a death! But he is no one I would have employed voluntarily!

I had to call their office once and the staff there were just so unsociable and ignorant! It was all so distressing because I was trying to deal with a family death at the time!

I started using Jim McCusker as my solicitor way back in the 1980's for conveyancing. Ive also used him for general family law issues since. Ive purchased a number of houses with his help and advice, which are pertinent, and in plain English. I can thoroughly recommend him and sadly cant use him anymore as i no longer live in Scotland.

Jim McCusker is a man of the highest integrity and a gentleman. In the rhinocerose profession (thick skinned and they charge a lot) of the law a man of Jim's honour and professionalism is like finding a diamond in large river of sh*te. A lawyer who actually cares ? I could not recommend this firm and Jim in particular, highly enough.

I agree totally with the previous review. Jim McCusker is a prince of a man. Finding a lawyer who actually cares and can gets the job done is pretty much impossible in Scotland. J McC's is one of the few exceptions. Jim's a crackin' lad. Great way with people and highly efficient in all he takes on. If he can't do his absolute best for you, he'll call it out at the start.
