Dean was approachable and supportive throughout the whole case. Having autism he guided me and supported me and made a very stressful process a lot easier for me to cope with.

I was advised to get a solicitor to take my employer to tribunal for constructive dismissal because of how I had been treated at work, making my job untenable, due to bullying behaviour. I was not confident that I could win this case, as I have never been put in this position before.
Dean said he would take the case on the same day that I contacted him, on a no win no fee agreement which improved my confidence no end.
He kept me up to speed at each stage, the end result being a better settlement than I could ever have imagined.
I would recommend this practice to anybody who is unfortunate enough to find themselves in similar circumstances.

The service was excellent. Dean's expertise was evident throughout this very stressful time. The process of making a claim was clear, and he took my case on because he recognised I had a valid grevience, which reassured me despite the stressful circumstances to go ahead. The company was a no win no fee. The charges were 35%. Yes I would definitely recommend.

We approached Dean following an unfair dismissal as a result if sharing mental health difficulties. Dean You have no idea what this has done for my son. Aside from achieving a significant payout, you have help install a little bit of faith that he shouldn’t have been dismissed from his role the way he was.

Dean always kept us in the loop and been very patient with my delays and many questions. We are extremely grateful thank you. I wouldn't hesitate recommend you to others who may need your support.

We started the claim on a no win no fee agreement, Dean completed a huge amount of paperwork and negotiated a settlement. The agreement was 35% of the settlement which I feel is very fair. A lot of work has gone into this and I have to say, the outcome was more than we anticipated.

I had a tribunal case against my ex employers, which my union solicitors turned down, I took it to morris legal solicitors, who looked at the case, and the paperwork, free of charge, Dean Morris told me he would take on my case, the service was excellent, I was kept up to date, all the time, and could call, if i had any questions, it was a no win no fee of 35%, morris legal solicitors Ltd, got me a great result, I would highly recommend this solicitors to anyone, that is going through a tribunal case.

Dean did an amazing job regarding my case, I couldn’t recommend enough! Although it was a little lengthy, this was no fault of Deans. I feel I was unfairly dismisssed so thought I'd take a shot at a "no win no fee" solicitor and I must say, I landed trumps by having Dean deal with my case. I provided as much information as possible which I turn Dean compiled a professional, accurate and well written case. Before works are carried out it was made clear to me that I shall receive 65% of any monies rewarded. After 6 months or so it all finally came to an end with a payout I was happy with. Thanks again to Dean for achieving a great result!

Mr. Morris has been wonderful in a very complex case. Never had to chase for contact or pester for an update. Always kind and considerate.
Even with the pandemic he managed to keep me updated throughout. It has been a struggle emotional but I can eventually move on with my life.

Dean was extremely professional throughout the entire legal process which lasted around 10 months. He was always available whenever I contacted him via phone and email. His transparency, experience and professionalism are second to none and were paramount to us reaching a successful outcome. His commission was reasonable for the work and expertise involved. I could not be more than happy with the support and advice provided by Dean in a complicated employment issue. His belief in my case, honesty and hard work brought my case to a satisfactory end. Dean was always ready to answer any queries, no matter how busy he was. How he did this during a pandemic is beyond me, truly amazing! He and his colleagues are a credit to all. After being sacked for gross misconduct I was in absolute shock! I did not see this coming in a job that I had been in for five years ! I decided to ask dean to represent me after reading all the amazing reviews on the website ! Dean was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and so professional in what was a very stressful time for myself ! Brilliant service throughout. I was dismissed for a very serious issue , something that I did not do and Dean took my case on immediately. I ended up with a very large settlement fee after months of hard work and I feel vindicated completely. No win no fee system. It’s worth applying to see if they will take your case on even if Acas says you’ve got no chance. Dean steered the case to a satisfactory end keeping me appraised. We won our case so all good. Highly recommended.

I was let down 2 working days before the hearing. He Sent an email saying I didnt have a strong case, yet he had working on it for about 1 1/2 years. I had the embarrassment of turning up to a hearing is was not prepared for and had no idea what I was doing. It has now been adjourned. Whilst he could be right that my isnt strong, he did not inform of this until the very last minute. Apparently no win no fee solicitors have many cases on the go and tend to choose the best earning cases to go with (judges words) not mine! I have been through a number of health problems which had caused financial issues, he was aware of this yet still let me down. Unless you have a very strong case or money, I would seriously suggest using someone else.

My service was excellent without Dean I would have got nothing, I received £3,250 after costs. My case was a 50/50 but Dean took that gamble and got me a result, brilliant. Hope never need an Employment Law Solicitor again but if I did would not has to use Dean Morris so pleased

Its a pleasure working with him... all my expectations has been met.. he keeps me updated of my case even though Im out of the country... He tried to resolved the case for settlement agreements with reasonable and acceptable money that I agreed rather than reach to the tribunal that will be more stressful... He charged 35% for the service with I think is acceptable for all he done for my case ... Im very happy to work with him... I surely recommend him to every one who need help.

I contacted Morris Legal to persue an ET claim. From the outset they were very helpful and saw merit in the case. Morris Legal worked hard to gain supporting evidence and compiled a comprehensive file for court. We had excellent representation on the day of the trial. We were kept informed at each stage. Dean Morris took my case on no win, no fee. When my case was settled Morris Legal charged me 35% costs and I received the remainder. Dean Morris is a straight talking, no nonsense solicitor who'll listen to what you have to say then tell you honestly if he thinks you have a case. During the process I had to be pro-active in providing all the information Dean needed so he could prepare my case properly and give me the best chance of winning. Work with him and you'll give yourself the strongest case.

My case related to discrimination, equal-pay, and constructive dismissal against a former employer.
After approximately eight months of navigating the complex reality of pursuing an Employment Tribunal Claim on a low budget and with no experience of my own, I was fortunate to find and enlist the help of Solicitor Dean Morris of Morris Legal, who took my claim on no-win, no-fee arrangement.

Dean's support helped me obtain the settlement I was looking for, which prior to my engaging Morris Legal, the employer in question had refused to pay.
Dean's approach was professional, meaning - knowledgeable, level-headed, patient and most of all there was no doubt in my mind that he was in my corner.

I would not hesitate to engage him again if necessary and recommend his services to others.

Service was amazing. I had zero stress as dean took control of everything. I only had to review documents as they were approaching so not a lot of work to do on my part in the grand scheme of things. Considering I didn’t meet dean he grasped all of the issues well. Very approachable and factual. Highly recommend this guy, yes costs are no win no fee but always said it wasn’t about the money for me, it was about justice and dean certainly made that happen. I am very happy with the outcome.

Dean Morris took my disability discrimination case on a genuine no win/no fee basis, when other solicitors were willing to charge £300 an hour with no guarantee of taking on the case but Dean reviewed the strengths of my case for free and was willing to pursue justice for me. 35% is the fee but I was more than willing to pay that seeing as I had nothing to lose.

He’s straight to the point and doesn’t sugar coat the facts but he guides you to the best result he can get you. Just knowing my former boss would be squirming in his office seat and being stressed about a possible ET was satisfying enough but Dean being able to negotiate a settlement that has righted a lot of financial wrongs since my dismissal has made me very happy and a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Dean Morris is the man you want in your corner! I never waited longer than hour to hear a reply to any questions or query I may have had. So if you think you’ve been wronged and don’t know where to start? Then just call Morris Legal!

I would highly recommend Dean Morris for any employment disputes you may have. I used him due to an unfair dismissal under the no win no fee. I felt I couldn't afford to use a solicitor on a hourly basis, the fee of of 35% may seem high but I would not have got anything otherwise.

I found his no-nonsense simple approach welcoming. His emails were succinct and everything was dealt with in a simple phone call or email. No tramping to the solicitors and hanging about with Dean, to say he is very busy he gets things done without delays, even with a sense of humour.

My payout was made into my bank the same day he received it.

I was very unsure about what solicitor to use but I think I found a very committed and more than helpful one in dean Morris he fought to get me a very good settlement and squeezed as much as he could out of my former employer I would advise anyone who is going to an industrial tribunal to use his expertise to represent them none better in my opinion

I can honestly say that I could not have made a better choice of solicitor, Dean was always there there when I needed him and completely focused when the hearing date was nearing. The hearing was postponed 4 times and extended to nearly 2 years, but Dean never tired of hearing from me.. We eventually settled out of court and the settlement although lower than I hoped was fair in the end under the circumstances..
If you want a warrior of a solicitor then Dean is your man. Very satisfied with the outcome. Kevin D

Last October I was dismissed from my place of employment where I had loyally served for 20 years. The dismissal and its spurious reasons which were 'staring inappropriately' at a member of staff came as a massive shock to me rendering confused angry and it eroded my self confidence and good working/personal reputation. Not knowing how to react or fight back it took me some weeks to decide what to do. I surveyed the internet and came across Morris Legal and made tentative enquiries with them asking if they could help in any way shape or from .I communicated with Dean whom immediately stated it would be a tricky situation in light of the 'Harvey Weinstein' propaganda but he would give it a go. From that point on I must commend his thorough no nonsense straight talking approach - this despite being faced with difficult and seemingly unsurmountable circumstances. His professionalism prevailed and I was eventually presented with a degree of exoneration and a tidy sum of compensation. Ok guys if you find yourself in a position that you need Deans services then no doubt your in a stressful situation! However if you hire this guy then you can rest assured that Dean is going to ruin your opponents day , in the nicest way possible, he’s going to make there eyeballs bleed. Whilst looking for an employment lawyer, I was overwhelmed by the numbers and figures that I might have to go through. But with so many positive reviews on Dean, I thought why not. He was quick with his response when I first contacted him, would reply as early as 7am which I was highly impressed with. He analysed my case thoroughly and knew exactly what to do. If you've been dismissed and those in authority who should protect you put their heads in the sand then give Dean a call, his straight talking no nonsense approach in dealing with the legal matters is brilliant. From the outset by just asking me a few questions he was able to get a handle on my situation which was both reassuring and of great comfort as within a short timeframe he agreed to take on my case. Throughout the exchange that followed Dean kept his cool handling my employers representatives with a firm grip and ensuring that he obtained the best outcome for me.
Dean took my case on a no win no fee arrangement, this in my opinion was 35% of the final settlement figure well spent as the sum negotiated provided me with compensation for my financial losses and something towards injury to feelings without actually having to go to tribunal.
I can finally move on with my life feeling satisfied that despite a life changing illness and being at my most vulnerable with Dean's help justice has been done.

Carefully examined the statements i have given, also made constructive inquiries, i did not expect anything at first but the result was good enough to ease my situation caused by my former employer who unfairly dismissed me from work. Very professional, having him as my Solicitor would really boost my confidence in the case. With him on my side, i had almost stress relief for the legal representative part. Further, my case was not an ordinary Employment Law, this involved immigration due to the nature of my job. It was an extra effort to seek for concrete information to assist the case and he has done a brilliant job. dean morris is a fantastic lawyer to deal with very professional. has fantastic knowledge of employment law even when the chips seemed down with my case he turned the case around for me and managed to achieve a settlement in my favour and to deans credit managed to secure an award at the higher end of the scale that even a tribunal may not have awarded. I used this lawyer through a recommend and so glad I did . Not always easy to find a solicitor who will deal with employment law. It has been a long 10 months with lots of stress but with determination and the help of Dean Ihad the confidence to deal with in my opinion was an unfair dismissal. Taking on a company who could afford to go all the way but with Deans support and confidence that it was unfair, I stuck at it and got a fair outcome. I would recommend Dean to anyone who has been treated unfairly by their employers. The charges may seem a lot but Going against companies who can afford solicitors isn't always easy and To have someone who knows their stuff makes things easier. I was never in it for money .....it was pure principle, the fact that It resulted in recompense for some loss of earnings was a bonus to me.

I was referred to Morris Legal, specifically Dean by a former colleague after being what I felt was an unfair dismissal by my previous employer. After a brief assessment and review, Dean agreed to take my case on a no win, no fee basis which was the first bit of goods new I had in months. After a lot of emails and phone calls between Dean, his team and my previous employer's representatives. I was made an offer in the several thousand mark. The whole process from start to finish took about two months and I was always updated by Dean on his process. I would say to anyone considering Morris Legal, just go for it, they will do everything they can for you.

I contacted Dean Morris regarding an unfair dismissal claim against my employer and received an excellent service from him at what I consider a reasonable and comparative cost. Having reached 61 years of age and having worked for 44 years i found myself in need of legal help as the little man making a stand against the establishment. Dean provided clear professional advice, didn't pretty things up - please don't be put off by his confident manner, you will soon learn if he is talking to you like this he is talking to them in the same way - and we were able to deal with everything by phone and email which he was always quick to respond too. Although he admitted mine wasn't the strongest case he still said let's go for it and I am happy to report a satisfactorily agreed outcome. Morris Legal - Great Solicitors to represent you. They charge 35%, but it's 35% of something that you may never have had, unless you proceed. They did exactly what they said they would do. Whenever we emailed them they responded the same day, and the response was directly from the solicitor that was dealing with our case, and not the usual "I'll pass the message on" that you sometimes get from solicitor's firms. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone experiencing an employment law problem.

It had looked as if I wasn't going to get anything but with their help they found out who was liable under TUPE and took the correct people to tribunal and got me what I was owed. I would not hesitate to use them again

I had contacted quite a few no win no fee solicitors with no joy - and then I spoke to Mr Morris. It was so nice to actually speak to a solicitor in the first instance (all other companies had a switchboard with "legal advisors") He was polite and helpful and he just got the job done. I didn't really do anything just answer a few questions, the process was so easy and I cannot recommend Dean Morris and his team highly enough. Had Morris Legal not taken on my case I would never have received any compensation for my unfair treatment as I could not afford to pay upfront solicitor's fees. A HUGE BIG THANK YOU.

I was unfairly dismissed after working for a Company for 25 years, straight away I called Dean and told him the circumstances surrounding the dismissal. Within an hour he got back to me saying he would take the case forward. Dean then put forward a Tribunal date, and after lengthy negotiations (and working with ACAS) a pay settlement was agreed. I was made redundant and the correct procedures were not followed so I contacted got the boot .com and was told I had a strong case, and with no win no fee in place, I had nothing to lose. I would like to congratulate Dean on a first class service, contact was via email and telephone so no lost time in visiting solicitors office. I would certainly recommend this to others who are unfortunate enough to be in the same position, hopefully my ex employee is now more familiar with the law and my ex colleagues will be treated fairly.

I contacted got the boot. As no one in my home town would take my case unless I paid £220 a hour up front. I sent all the details to Dean Morris. And he got back to me stating a no win no fee basis and what he wanted me to do. I thought I knew my job, but because Dean knew his better a case was put together and I followed his directions. I highly recommend his team. Even if you have doubts, ask Dean it should have a ten star rating, just for the piece of mind that he gets on your behave. Not to mention any settlement. I was made redundant and I contacted few solicitors and they told me "I HAVE NO CASE" after that I referred from No win no fees website and Mr Dean confirmed he will have my case and he was really more enthusiastic than me, he contacted me all the time to keep me up to date with my case, and also to advise me. He helped me all the way until before the Tribunal as he agreed a good settlement with my ex employer.
I was really not sure if we can make it but he successfully done win it.

Happy again to work with him and will recommend friends.

I recntly resigned from my previous employer and was advised by people to seek legal advice. going through a no win no fee website i was contacted by Morris Legal. I spoke to Dean just 3 days after i had resigned and i was still in shock from the situation that i had found myself in. Dean asked lots of questions and then gave a very fair assessment of whether we should continue or not. All the way through building a case for a Tribunal I had lots of support from Dean, he kept me in the loop every step of the way.
If you have found yourself in a similar situation, i would highly recommend you talk to Dean and listen to what he has to say. Morris Legal deserve a 5* rating for their 10* service.

After being treated the way I was at my previous employers, I had no choice but to resign and jump onto the un-employment road. My sister had advised me to take them to court for what they had done. I went in search for a no win - no fee Solicitor as this was the only option I had at the time.

I was contacted by Dean Morris who had taken my case on board and had things rolling in just a matter of days.

I received excellent service from Morris Legal, Dean is very professional and kept me updated from start to finish. He kept me motivated to collect the correct information for my case to get the best outcome. As a result of this he had settled my case days before court with a settlement that left me speechless.

Dean has a lot of knowledge and is good at what he does. I did not have much confidence in the no win - no fee method until now.... Justice has been served !!! Thank you again Dean!

Having used Dean Morris for a complicated employment/discrimmination case.....i was delighted with the service he gave.From beginning to end i was kept well informed of everything i needed to know.Despite my case being difficult to prove he took me on on a no win no fee basis which was amazing as other solicitors had turned me away.Although it was a very difficult case Dean kept me upbeat about the whole tribunal experiance.He managed to get me an out of court settlement at the very last moment.

Dean's advice was from a standpoint of expert knowledge of the subject and he explained issues very well.
Communication was kept to a level of that which was required at the time and I felt that worked very well in my case.

I was made redundant in September by a person I considered to be a friend on the ground of the "downturn in the economy".

Having taken advice from Citizen Advice & been given a list of solicitors who could help me, it became very apparent that nobody wanted to take on my case unless I paid a vast some of money with no guarantees.

Out of despiration I used Google to see if anything could be done on a legal aid or no win no fee basis - this was the best thing I have ever done !!

Morris legal (Dean) rang me the same day, understood my situation & gave me sound advice.

The paperwork followed within 7 days & although the process is a long drawn out affair (registering for a tribunal) he took most of the stress & pain out of the situation.

He worked with me, advised me all the way & at the eleventh hour a mutually acceptable financial settlement was reached.

If you feel that you have a case, I suggest you give Morris Legal a ring after all it will only cost you the price of a phonecall !

Dean is excellent in what he does representing the individual on a no win no fee basis against your employer.

I cannot recommend them highly enough - give them a call you have NOTHING TO LOSE & EVERYTHING TO GAIN !!!!

I was referred to Dean Morris via a company I found by searching for a no-win-no-fee service. After discussing my circumstances he agreed to take me on as a client and he reassured me about some things i was worried about. There was a point where I was feeling a little left out of the loop, but this is more a reflection on me as I'm sure most people would prefer to be saved the hassle and worry of all the ins and outs. Ultimately, my ex-employer settled before tribunal, based mainly on the strength of my witness statement which Dean and I put together.
Though I was prepared to go to tribunal, you never know what will happen even with the best case, so I think the outcome Dean achieved was the best possible scenario. Fully recommended.

My Case was heard at an Employment Tribunal. I found this Company to be very professional and well organised in sorting out my claim especially the help and advice received from Mr D Morris. Dean Morris from Morris Legal was recommended to us having helped an aquaintance in securing a disability discrimination unfair dismissal claim. Following an illness I was dismissed from my job on the grounds of capability. My case was an employment tribunal and I know that I could not have gone through the process without legal help. I would recommend Morris Legal to others and you do not have to live in the Solihul area where they are based, to use them.

I came across Dean after being made redundant and the union would not take up my fight, Dean listened and understood how I felt about being cast onto the unemployment scrap heap. Dean took on my fight and was soon finding flaws on my ex-employers reasons for my demise in their employment.Dean is fantastic in his knowledge of the employment law and kept me up to date every step of the way through the process of going to tribunal . Following dismissal after 20 years of service on spurious claims against me, my insurance legal protection proved a waste of time and my fight to claim expenses for this case is now ongoing against them.

I have known Dean for a number of years and was always my number 1 choice for heading up my claim against my former employer.

Where insurance panel solicitors failed due to their misjudgement and slowness in dealing with urgent matters, Dean excelled and won this case for me.

A sattifactory settlement was agreed some 10 days before the e/t date/s and although I still have venom for my employer and the way I have been treated after so many loyal years of service, the outcome now allows me to move on and look for other doors to open.

Dean was professional in his approach, even when the balance appeared to have tipped out of my favour he never gave up and read between the lines which is what I'd been seeing all along, I just wanted somebody on my side to see the flaws in their claims against me.

If you want a fighting chance with somebody I believe to be profficient, professional and with a wealth of knowledge and any chance of winning your case is important to you, you would be hard pressed to find anybody better.

The service Dean offered was exceptional and highly efficient. It was a stressful time and not a straightforward case. Dean kept me updated and informed at all times. Constructive Dismissal Case 2010/11

I considered myself to have been left with no other option than to resign from my job after six and a quarter years of good service.

The demands being put upon me were too much.

I contacted a solicitor who declined my case on the grounds that it was too close to call.

After looking on the internet I found Morris Legal and sent them an email.

Dean Morris responded quickly asking me to send a full chapter and verse account of the events leading up to my resignation.

After looking at my case Dean said he thought there was a chance of success and was prepared to represent me on a no win no fee basis.

I was kept fully informed throughout the period leading up to the hearing.

Thanks to Dean’s skills the result was a five figure settlement the day before the tribunal.

I would not hesitate to recommend Morris Legal Solicitors to anyone in need of good service and advice with regard to employment issues.

There should be more professional people like Dean and his team, this is the reason they are so succesfull in what they do. They kept me informed and updated on my case at all times and when you left messages or emailed them they always replied in good time.
I will not hesatate to recommened them to anyone that was treated unfair in any mater to contact them and get some feedback regarding there case.

I contacted Dean from this practice and he is such a nice guy. He is genuine and talks in the peoples language and not in solicitors jargon. If you dont understand he will explain it to you. I would certainly recommend this Solicitor, and i for sure would use again, hopefully wont have to. The case he done for me was for Unfair Dismissal against a large company. Dean took my case at extremely short notice and put a fantastic case together for my employment tribunal.

I felt throughout my hearing that everything was brilliantly under control from our side even though my employers had taken up the services of a barrister to argue their corner, the points that Dean brought up were not even thought of by my employers and were indeed extremely valuable to my case.

Dean is an easy going solicitor that makes you feel at ease and is extremely fair and helpful.

I would recommend Dean to anyone who needs a friendly face and ear, but who can also show his turly professional side to the face of everyone else.

My insurers wouldn't pay my costs because they felt my case wasn't strong enough. Dean Morris thought otherwise and my ex employer and I settled without the need for tribunal. Throughout Dean was professional, methodical and supportive. I'm very glad indeed that he was recommended to me.

EMPLOYMENT LAW

I thought I was self employed for 7 years (because I was told I had to be) After being dismissed-no longer required, I turned to Dean, my first dealings with a Solicitor and was amazed right from the start how positive and thorough he was. Not being a very confident person outside my confort zone, I didn't believe I had a case at all. Dean seemed to think I had a very good chance and worked his magic. We wond the case that I should have been employed all those years and settled out of court regarding the dismissal - beyond my wildest imatination, this was acheived. I would strongly recommend Dean, he knows his stuff and I will never forget the experience, how he pulled the evidence against me apart in court.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Dean Morris. He offered me advice when I was still battling to stay in my job, and then at the end when I was shocked and angry at the treatment that forced my resignation. He did the heavy lifting for me when I emotionally couldn't and ensured I didn't just let it go. I must admit to occasionally feeling that it was a bit cold and impersonal and to sometimes feeling out of the loop, but I was never upset by this and Dean obviously knew what he was doing and I always felt the case was in the right hands. Given all the variables my settlement was satisfactory and I did feel vindicated at the very end. A very high recommendation and thanks to Dean and everyone at Morris Legal.

I found Morris Legal through the Internet and did not really know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and found them to be extremely efficient and helpful. It is sometimes difficult to devote the time necessary with face to face meetings, Morris Legal did all I could ask for over the internet. There were frequent phone conversations to keep me informed throughout my case and a satisfactory conclusion was reached.

I would reccommend them to anyone and certainly would have no hesitation in using them again should the need ever arise.

Dean was the fourth solicitor I contacted, he was the only solicitor to accept my case which dealt with unfair dismissal. He’s down to earth and easy to talk to. He really put in a massive amount of work and shows no fear when it gets to the bargaining table. He also supplies information in layman’s terms without fuss or confusion.

And thanks to him, my case was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a very pleasant outcome.

These solicitors were fantastic, they helped me to get compensation from my ex-employers for unfair dismissal. This whole process was made easier with the help of this solicitors firm.
