I received very helpful and friendly service at a time at such a sad time. I tried doing the probate on my own and found that I wasn't able to answer all the questions and telephoned and got the hep I needed. I finally gave over the probate to the solicitor who dealt with it quickly and efficiently and would recommend her at all times

Worst family law solicitor possible had my daughter removed from my care to live with a man in a different country she only met 3 times she was removed and now it's showing signs of sexual abuse and I was told by Duncan and Lewis that they couldn't do anything even though her siblings live with me these are the worst solicitors that could ever represent you .please do not use

As a recipient proceeds from a Will, I was horrified that the funds were remitted to me by BACS an antiquated banking system that takes three clear working days to reach your account. Have they not heard of CHAPS and Faster Payment Services? They should give one the option to get the money faster by deducting relevant charges for same day transfer. Apart from this issue , they are a very family friendly firm of solicitors. :-)

Excellent service. Phoned originally to get some advice and was on the phone for a good 20 minutes again and was not billed for the time. We then went into the office and were reassured that we had a good case and again given good advice. He very quickly got up to speed and then advised us what our options were and what he expected to happen. The session went over an hour but we were only charged for the hour. At a later date I had a another reason to call on the same matter. Only a 5 minute call but again I wasn't charged

I have used this solicitor now for ten years xpreviously used hunt and hunt who I if was a store I would put them on par with ... primark/poundstretcher ...where moss and Coleman would be marks and spencer/ if family law Harrods

They do nothing, my ex went to this solicitor about money HE OWED ME, and when I go their to try and get my money I was rudely spoken to by a 18 year old child that didn't know anything and a mr Alan foskett who doesn't care about anyone else and only care about himself and the amount of money his making from stupid children and their parents

The person dealing with my relative's probate does not respond to emails, has been silent for 3 months, arrogant attitude to beneficiaries. Not impressed, I would not use them.

Excellent service - I bought a new home and sold my previous property using Katie Nickless. Clear and quick service, easy to get hold of (or Katie's secretary Dawn if Katie was unavailable).
I highly recommend this firm and will certainly be going back should I ever move again!

They lost evidence, didn't file paperwork on time and forgot to arrange a barrister for the hearing. Please, please, don't use this shower of shit. You will regret it. They cost me £22000 through their inaction and when I complained to their regulators they answered so slowly that I gave up as they were taking over my life.

I have used Moss & Coleman for many years and have had the pleasant experience of using a few different solicitors at this firm, notably Mr Gerry Harrington, Mr David Berry and recently Miss Gemma Anderson.
I have nothing but positive things to say; I feel that my cases have always been given due care and attention. If I ever have questions or do not understand the process I am given clear and precise explanations and advice.
I trust the advice that I am given absolutely and will always go back to Moss & Coleman as and when I need them.
They are an 'old-fashioned' solicitors, and I mean that in a positive way; you do not have one solicitor overseeing a team of unqualified colleagues (which is becoming increasingly common). Instead you have a solicitor who personally deals with you and is always available for you to call/email/drop in.
I would recommend Moss & Coleman to my friends and family.

Getting information from this firm is akin to getting blood out of a stone. Repeated unanswered phone calls and ignored emails.
S-L-O-W to do anything but don't dare to complain about poor service - they take none too kindly to that!
Do yourself a favour and take your custom elsewhere. Save yourself the irritation and frustration of dealing with these incompetents.
Remember they should be working for you after all - you're the one forking out your hard earned cash.
So, ask around and rather find a firm recommended by friends or family.
Stay away from this bunch. You've been warned....

Worst solicitors I've ever come across my cousin died a year ago and I'm a beneficiary on the will and heard nothing no updates nothing shocking way to treat people am beginning to think they have kept it themselves not a good service.
