These people have been dealing with my claim since August it has now been over four months and nothing has happened, except a medical. My solicitor, Martin Thompson, is only available after 3pm which is very inconvenient with work commitments. I have been told on several occasions he will chase the third-party and get in touch with me as soon as he hears back but he never does and I always have to chase him for information, he refuses to give me third-party insurance contact number. I have been left without a car or a payout to replace my car since mid September, and to top it all of every time I speak to Mr Thompson he sounds like he's licked off his head. Not happy at all. Would not recommend this firm to anyone stay well away. AVOID AVOID.
