I am, at the moment, in the process of buying my first house and needless to say I am very excited.The main thing that I was worried about was dealing with solicitors. I have heard so many stories about all sorts of problems, the main one being that the don't seem to do anything and tend to fob you off with excuses if you ask how everythings going
As you can imagine I was very supprised when picktons called me just to let me know that they had recieved all my documents, two days after I sent them. It just got better from there. I have been dealing with Tonya at the Milton Keynes branch and I really feel she couldn't be more helpfull, she has kept myself and my partner updated on every aspect of our move. Not only that but she is extrememly polite and friendly.
Everything is going very smoothly and we expect to move in next week. I really don't think I could have asked for anything more.
