Rachael was great; right from the moment that we called her and asked for a quote, through to confirmation of movement of monies on the morning of completion, Rachael was available and responsive to phone and emails whenever we needed her. Indeed, Rachael was often better informed than the Estate Agent.

We would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending her in preference to the more common firms where the solicitor is anonymous and un-contactable.

During a very protracted Buy to Let purchase, Rachael’s professionalism, patience and dedication ensured that the conveyancing was the one part of the process that I could completely rely on. Rachael’s advice helped guide us at the key stages of our purchase, her genuinely personal service was refreshingly different from previous experiences with large corporate firms, and I will definitely use her in any future sales or purchases

I was given Rachael Matthew’s name by a good friend. Having dealt with Rachael I can honestly say she is extremely professional, and thorough, she doesn’t let any stone go unturned. Rachael is trustworthy, calm and polite in the toughest of circumstances, which you really need when you are buying and selling a house. Plus she puts in 110% over and above the call of duty, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone or use her again.
