These are the worse Solicitors i have ever dealt with. I wish i had seen the reviews prior to instructing them. We missed our completion date due to repeated inefficiencies and they were not prepared to take responsibility for their errors but rather blamed the bank who had been extremely helpful.

Attending a solicitor can be a very daunting experience, but I was immediately put at ease by receptionist and solicitor. I received absolute professional service, All queries answered in detail. Procedure was explained in full. Cost was on par with others locally. Would totally recommend.

Awful firm. Slow, rude, never responds to emails or calls. Also heard they have a high turnover of staff and treat their staff badly. Avoid.

Atrocious service. The conveyancer had appalling grammar and zero courtesy. She doesn't reply to emails. She doesn't return phone calls. And yet the bills are astronomical. And there is no progress after months. We already lost one buyer. Do not use this firm.

A late relative instructed this company, nearly two years down the line still waiting for disbursement of inheritance. They never respond to any enquiries submitted. Correspondence abysmal.
I would never ever trust this company. If I could leave no stars for the review I would have done!

After years of complete misery dealing with other solicitors regarding negligence and misconduct, Tim Clark and his team have finally resolved the 9 years of litigation in which we have been involved. Would wholly recommend to anyone. Thank you to Tim and team.

Dreadful service and communication. Downright lazy at times dealing with a routine sale process that should’ve taken weeks rather than several months.
Far too much energy wasted by both myself and my own solicitors having to chase up and remedy mistakes on their part.

I have used Robinsons Solicitors twice for conveyancing and also Will update. I have found them extremely helpful from the receptionist to the solicitor dealing with my business.
I would not hesitate in recommending them.

No wonder they have a published Legal Ombudsman's decision against them 2.8.2012.
'To pay compensation for emotional impact and/or disruption caused, To limit fees to a specified amount, To apologise £300- £749'
Wish I had looked on the Legal Ombudsmans' website before having anything to do with these proven to be bad solicitors.Steer clear.
