I would never recommend Rollingsons to anybody because all the good solicitors have left. The most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. They gave me some very poor advice that cost me thousands. Really regret my dealings with them.

Divorce

Avoid like the plague. They are totally incompetent. Two years after my divorce was finalised and the bill settled, I received another invoice for over £5000. They did not even bother to explain why. They included jumped up charges for all sorts of things. I can only assume that the dire financial position they are in, motivates them to do this.

As per the previous reviewer, I wish I could give zero stars. This firm is absolutely appalling - the delays they caused with their non-responsiveness ended up costing me thousands, and their high turnover of staff (which also contributed to the delays) speaks volumes about the type of company this is. Despite complaining to the SRA and the Legal Ombudsman (who acknowledged poor service), judging by the reviews on here Rollingsons clearly continue to treat paying customers with such disregard. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wish I had looked on here before I ever trusted them with my money and my business, and I hope this review saves at least one person from instructing Rollingsons.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just an awful company, now moved from the address here but still with the same Principal who is never available to speak. Slow, incompetent but certainly able to charge, staff are mostly young and appear inexperienced, never never again, I rue the day I was ever introduced to them

Unfortunately, I have to echo the review about gross incompetence in dealings that are not fully standardised. In addition, the solicitors did not communicate at all in the first 5 weeks of their engagement and only spoke to the real estate agent. Massive delays were caused due to poor communication and a lack of proactivity.

The solicitor who helped me was excellent. Very professional, honest and outcome focused. The process did take a long time but I understand now (thanks to Mrs Firth) that the law is far too complex to rush. I would recommend anyone looking for legal help in regards to property to contact Rollingsons. Definite value for money service.

Have been dealing with Rollingsons for a while now and have to say I have been astounded by their incompetence. I have now taken my business elsewhere but would like to warn people off from these charlatans.When you instruct a letter to be sent and it is full of typos you know that their attention to detail is not perhaps what it should be. To be avoided!

Medical negligence

I would advise no one to go to this solicitor with a medical negligence case. He was so bad I could say, with evidence, he seemed hell bent on sabotaging a very serious case right from the beginning. Although I have letters saying medical files were being sought, eighteen months after the beginning of this case, I was informed that all my husband's hospital records had disappeared. Although Mr Rollingson and his assistant should have obtained a Court Order making the hospitals produce the 'missing' evidence, they did absolutely nothing. A man died and, with evidence, Mr Rollingson's involvement , in particular, certainly aided a cover up into any investigation into his early death.
