So far I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from this firm and am rather surprised at the rather negative comments they have received from other clients, which certainly do not reflect my own experiences. During all my dealings with them to date they have proved themselves to be prompt, courteous and conscientious. Particularly reassuring has been the lucidity with which I have been kept up to date with cost implications and the overall status of my case. So far so very good.

Medical negligence

The service and helpfulness of the general staff and Solicitors at Stamp Jackson was very good. My case however was held back by the inaptitude and unorganised nature of one of the partners in the firm Neil Holland who was impossible to get hold of and when he did was very slow to respond.
