Stuart Miller- exceptional solicitors!

Highly professional service with a group of great talented people. Always available no matter what day or time and was always treated with great kindness and understanding.
The firm have helped me get through so much difficulties. Now, I have got so much weight of my shoulders that I can focus on my life and family with a peace of mind and strong confident sense of direction.

Just want to say a massive Thankyou to Stuart Miller solicitors. I would highly recommend this firm! Over these past couple of months we have received an outstanding service from the team at Stuart miller solicitors and have never been asked for a single penny. Day and night calls have been exchanged to discuss concerns and queries. Solicitors workloads can be extortionate at times however they have always made the time to liaise with me about my partners case. We as a family are forever grateful for the amount of support you have provided to us and we have learnt how passionate you are about helping people get justice especially the innocent. Thankyou for an excellent service.

From all my heart I would recomand Stuart Miller Solicitor with Afshan Naseer who prepare my defending case and with Mrs Bibi Ihuomah being my barrister at Crown Court. I can't say thru words all my feelings,how greatful I am. They help me enough to say BLESS YOU for accepting my case and taking a big stone from me and my family hearts.

They was supporting me from 1st day up to the last one, Bibi came so prepared to defend me over my aspectation even if she was 150miles away.

Stuart miller solicitors are really really very good company.I m highly recommended to everyone if anyone facing any kind of problem like fraud,immigration,etc etc you just can believe them without thinking.

Stuart Miller solicitors helped me with a complicated issue. I felt embarrassed at first but was made comfortable by the solicitor who dealt with my case, Kate Blackmore.
I used legal aid so cannot comment on fees but they did help me through the whole process to bring the case to a positive conclusion

I could never thank Sarah from Stuart Miller Solicitors enough for all her help and support whilst my partner was facing charges which could of possibly led to imprisonment for many many years. Sarah is just amazing!! She is kind and caring and she will always go out of her way to give the best support she can. Sarah’s approach to my partner case was just fantastic - she went into as much depth as possible with all the evidence against him and she ensured that my partner had the best barrister to represent him. Together, Sarah, Lisa and Sophie are just wonderful and again I cannot thank you of you enough. I miss seeing you all! Kerri and Shaqiel x

I would highly recommend Kate Blackmore of Stuart Miller Solicitors. Like Micheal Schumacher in his heyday, she is like a machine. I swear, she is one of these people, (of which there are hardly any), who could start work at 6 am, and finish at midnight, and keep this up 7 days a week, week after week, month after month etc. While still always retaining the same outstanding levels of service and professionalism. No matter how many emails I sent, (of which there where many), there was always a prompt response, I never had to chase once. I phone I get put though else she phones back promptly. I have perhaps unfairly high standards of people I pay money to. But I can honestly say, Kate is one of the few people, who have not only met but exceeded these standards. If you find yourself in a pickle with the police, Kate Blackmore of Stuart Miller Solicitors is the person you want acting on your behalf. 10/10.

I was represented by sarah king and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in a time of need, always there if you are finding your situation hard and takes her job serious, saved my life as i was looking at a very long time if found guilty, she got me two amazing barristers lisa bald & sophie sharpe and all 3 played a major role in clearing my name would definitely use again

Stuart Miller is an amazing firm. During my two year case, they were fast, responsible and professional. They went over and beyond to make sure my best interest were at heart the whole time. My solicitor (Afshan) and barrister (Vittoria) were nothing short of outstanding. Definitely would recommend.

Dynamic, hugely professional solicitors. No question that I would recommend them to anyone needing representation in criminal defence.In other words, the go-to people.

Sarah King immediately got to the heart of issues, administering forthright advice. As a former civil litigator who had never before found himself in a perilous position, Sarah's immense good humour, understanding and readiness to challenge was enormously tactful, encouraging and re-assuring. Things were quickly resolved with a NFA.

Words cannot really do justice to the level of care, commitment and responsiveness Sarah exhibited. So very grateful.

I have used Stuart Millers several times over the past few years and I have always found them to be extremely responsive, proactive and very easy to work with. That being the case I would not consider using anybody else, especially when your family or well being is at risk. We were fortunate to have Miss King each time and she has always been great. Extremely professional and very supportive.

Very valuable firm all round.

Friendly, Understanding and Non-judgemental from the start.
The service from Stuart Miller Solicitors was excellent all round.

With ‘Kate Blackmore’ as my solicitor, I couldn’t have wanted better.
The amount work and effort she tirelessly put into my case was immense .
She kept us updated on everything even at weekends and provided me with ‘Lohan’ to act as my barrister at the pre-trial hearing who then obtained the only true result :- “No Case To Answer”.
Kate then went on to defend my rights even after the case had finished.

I highly recommend with no reservations the team at Stuart Miller Solicitors.

Thank you so much! Such incredible service, incredible legal team. I am grateful to even be writing this review at home enjoying myself rather than jail lol the confidence, professionalism and persistence displayed by the legal team helped me to keep my freedom and change my life around. I was looking at 3-5 years and I received 150 hours community service. Thank you very much 💪🏾 Big shout to Afshan beautiful girl with an incredible talent for bringing it all together. It was a slow starting process, but from obtaining the documentation from the CPS and the Family Court, Kate Blackmore got everything explained, organised and ready for the Magistrate Court hearing. The Barrister Kate assigned, Nick James, was very good on the day, and the case was dismissed.
Thank you Kate and Nick for resolving this matter so efficiently.

I had a very good experience working with them. They were really quick and took the facts very accurately. If you provide them with exact facts, they will do a great job. A really excellent service
I could not have dreamed of a better service. My solicitor, Kate Blackmore, was utterly tireless and determined in her pursuit of justice and in her defense of my rights as a defendant. She put in an immense amount of work beyond the call of duty or the fees paid. Without her constant pressure on the CPS I would never have been provided with the CCTV which proved I had no case to answer in time to prepare for the trial. Whenever things were difficult she found a way forward. I was utterly skeptical about lawyers before this case. I now know that there are honest, passionate lawyers out there committed to seeing justice done. I cannot thank Stuart Miller enough

Really excellent service from Stuart Miller Solicitors, in particular Kate Blackmore who worked exclusively on my case this year and got me the best result we had hoped for!

Without Kate's advice about things I needed to do and say to help my situation, getting a very fine barrister to represent me, her attention to detail, always efficiently updating me with emails and phone calls, and her general expertise in the area of law imperative to my case, my result would have been quite different.

I have no reservations and highly recommend Stuart Miller Solicitors.

Trishna Kerai was very supportive and helpful with the case and my son that was wrongly accused was saved from conviction with the help of the solicitors who investigated the allegation and was able to convince the judges of my son's innocence. Having practised as a civil lawyer for many years it is no surprise that on occasion you have clients facing prosecution: those could be from minor road trafiking offences to isues usually investigated by the national crime agency/ uk border force etc etc

Stuart miller solicitors are my first port of call and have been for many years

Mr Habib and Mr Zeb are at the forfront of defence work : the cyber crime department is exceptional

Very important to have a firm who do the job to a high standard

Reputation is everything (well it is with this firm) I will
most certainly be recommending this firm to all my clients, family and friends. Keep up the good work guys!

Excellent professional advocates with attention to detail. In particular Mr Zeb, who represented 10 defendants at one time in the dock. Subsequently acquitted of all charges due to the legal arguments presented by Mr Zeb, combined with exceptional cross examination skills. The prosecution were left baffled as they tried to rescue a lost case.

Very unprofessional service for an apparently award winning solicitor. They put my call on long hold 3 times each time asking what my call is about which is very frustrating in itself. After that I was told that the solicitor doesn't deal with copyright law contrary to what their website states. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend to others.
