Dreadful, used these "people" for a residential flat sale. They disappear shortly after you pay the deposit - ignoring emails, calls & when they do answer generally fob you off. Would advise staying clear and picking another local solicitor to deal with. 13 months after my sale was closed & completed I'm still having to liaise with them to be reimbursed for a an amount of money they legally owe me

This post does not make sense and therefore is not genuine. Solicitors cannot disappear once you have paid a deposit. The deposit is paid to your seller’s solicitors. I do not believe you were a client if that firm.

I rarely give reviews but felt I needed to give credit. We were in a chain and all parties in it commented that the only person actually trying to resolve issues and progress the matter was Lesley. Very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Answered emails almost by return. All in all really impressed with the service and can recommend. Reasonably priced too.

Be prepared to feel ignored, you have no say when things will be done as you are only the client, simple tasks will require 10 days, you will be left frustrated as you pass the date which you require completion, with excuses blaming the other persons solicitor, you will not receive phone calls informing you of the position, this will be left for you to chase.
Would not recommend unless you like being messed with
