Johnsons are not very professional they promise to call back and don't. They clearly are to occupied with all there many clients they don't need your business. Moved to another solicitors and was told 3 people that day have left Johnsons to go to them clearly don't want work.

Terrible service from the Mansfield office.
I tried to get Police station rep with them but on several occasions they simply didn’t get back to me! I tried over a 3 day period to no avail despite promises. I had to go elsewhere as time was getting on and they were proving unreliable. A firm nearby them on Wood St were brilliant . I feel that Digby Johnson needs to be made aware of how his Mansfield office is being run! Next time I see him I will be mentioning it to him! Not sure who is responsible for such a simply task. Can not recommend sorry!

Johnsons solicitors are extremely dedicated and committed 110% in fighting for the best possible results for their clients. As an ex-employee of the magistrates court I have seen first hand how poorly other other firms represent their clients and none of then work as hard as Johnsons - can’t fault them!

So, your review is not based on personal experience then? Merely an ex colleague helping out an ex colleague a good review to try and make up for all the bad reviews yes? I wonder if you’re the same ex court employee that featured in the newspapers Dec ‘18? Please don’t write another clearly biased review and judging by he newspapers you’re clearly not to be trusted. (If that’s you).

So you are obviously some ex con that didn't get what you wanted and obviously found guilty and thought oh I'll blame the solicitor. Johnson are a top solicitor in my experience and have complete faith in them like many others.

Hmmmm judging by the response it clearly indicates this firm has some elements of foul play...someone I know had a situation called this firm and was told all will be sorted no contact or talk about conversing with a Solicitor to help and make you feel at ease....this law firm should get struck off...(terrible misleading firm...yes it may work for some but for criminal law stay away...I will be closely and personally monitoring this firm from today...be aware J's we are coming for you if you don't start getting yourselves into gear...

There to advise day or night? What a joke!! Been constantly calling and emailing for over a week to find out what is happening with my partners case..on top of that not had one meeting or phone call out of court with his solicitor in over a year!!! Wrong dates and times sent in letters and even someone else's documents sent to our house!! Yasmin birch at Nottingham needs sacking absolutely useless !!!

The service was 100% appaling in every way possible. My colleague who is now serving 6 years in prison due to the way the Johnson Partnership swapped from Solicitor to solicitor and failed to attend appointments, never intruduced the Barrister and despite saying their client was innocent, on the day of the trial they told him to plead guilty or he could be given 10 years in prison. He obviously did this and was sentenced to 6 years of which after a review by another lawyer, has after 2 years resulted in his sentence being quashed and his name being cleard. I warn you all, if you want to go to jail, just use this practice who specialise in extracting large amounts of funds from the Legal Aid System but fail to build any case. It's a license to print money and you will go to jail and they will be doing the spending. My collegue lost his wife, access to his children, his home and business and all due to the Johnson Partnership.

Really , really, bad. Did not present the evidence. Failed to get all evidence disclosed. Never returned phone calls. Failed to give advice at any stage. Changed people on the case over 3 times. Not given a properly qualified solicitor, but never told. Never even got a client care letter. Really appalling standards. Don't touch with a barge pole. That they remove bad reviews says a lot!! They have no standards at all and do not care that they ruin lives

If you value your freedom do not use the Johnson partnership. My friend was arrested on a charge of racial aggravated public order they advised him to go guilty to our complete shock. After seeking a second opinion. He got not guilty at Nottingham crown court on all charges. God knows how things would be for him had he listened to this firm

worst solicitors held back information regarding my case . don't phone you back. rude when you speak to them on the phone. reception staff are rude as well. tell you they are going to luck into situations and just do nothing. if you are legal aid ,they feel like they don't have to put in any effort.more work against than for you . give you different solicitors who never ever no whats going on with your case. don't read or check files properly. the left hand never knows what the right hands doing.

Worst solicitors going. Used there sheffield office and can honestly say they are real garbage. Arrogant, ignorant young girl at police station and solicitor with severe bad attitude at court. To say they are one of top three firms in this country that is shocking. I wouldn't Trust them to represent my goldfish if I had one! Shall not be recommending you!

I have to go out of my way to mention Mr Willem louw from the Sheffield firm at Johnson’s partnerships he did an excellent job for me yesterday with out going in to details of the case I have to say it was a real pleasure to see someone go the extra mile when he didn’t need to! Terrible, terrible firm. My son had a solicitor from there sheffield branch woman with no manners (short foreign girl) at the magistrates which was very rude. Acting all stuck up. Talk to my boy like shit. Up herself. Never again we use that firm and we will make sure by word of mouth that we do not recommend them.
