Frankly I was suspicious of the glowing reviews for The Partnership, but I was wrong. Cannot sing their praises highly enough. Kerianne and Louise did a top-notch job on my house purchase and linked sale. Documents came swiftly, updates were frequent and unprompted, quality of work (and the purchase report itself) was exemplary.

Best praise I can give is that our estate agent, all the way over here in SE10, wrote me an e-mail to ask me where I'd found them, as they wanted to be able to recommend them in future!

Thanks to your website I found The Partnership and I can now see why they are so highly rated. I needed assistance with changing our register of title. This should be a reasonably straightforward procedure but the solicitors we originally approached had done virtually nothing for a month. From the moment I first contacted The Partnership, when Peter Ambrose spoke to me and sent me all the necessary initial documentation (on a Bank Holiday!) to completion by Lucy Eldred within a month, it has been an efficient, friendly, smooth and stress-free experience. I can highly recommend Lucy and all the team at The Partnership.

Ther Partnership supported during my first property purchase. Overall the experience has been quite positive. At times I had to proactively follow up with the Partnership in order to get updates on the current status, however whenever I did the Partnership was very responsive and provided the forms I needed.

When an additional complication came up several months after the transaction (a "reasonable oversight", i.e. something that could have been checked but probably was not apparent at the time) The Partnership did a very satisfactory job at addressing the outstanding issues.

We used The Partnership to make our wills in March. Guy Crowther handled our whole case with great elan that I wouldn't associate with wills lawyers. In particular he tackled our hideous family politics head on but with supreme delicacy. We are really happy with the wills, the cost and the service. Guy is an absolute gem and I recommend him and The Partnership to everyone. Thank you.

I was really impressed with Richard (and The Partnership) throughout the whole process. He was constantly in contact with updates and really couldn’t have been more helpful. I'm a first time buyer so really had little idea of what was involved but he made the experience a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends who are looking to buy.

With no legal contacts of our own to work with, we were recommended The Partnership by the estate agent. At first sceptical by such a recommendation, we went ahead anyway based on The Partnership's transparent fee structure. Having just completed on the property I can say were were delighted with the service provided by The Partnership. Richard was always very fast to respond to any email, returned our calls promptly and operated with a refreshingly 'can do' attitude. Several unrelated issues with our mortgage meant Richard had to work in record time to allow completion on our deadline, which he achieved successfully with exchange and completion taking place on the same day. I have no hesitation in recommending The Partnership for future work

We have been really impressed by the service that we have received from The Partnership over the last year. They simplified the process of buying our new home and were extremely responsive when we had any queries.

Guy also walked us through the process of preparing our first wills and made it really easy. He made himself available on a Saturday morning and gave us all the time that we needed to make sure we exactly understood all the details. He has recently been most helpful in updating our wills to reflect our change in circumstances.

I would highly recommend The Partnership to anyone for their expertise, service and friendly approach.

I have been very happy with the service that I have received from 'The Partnership'. I have been dealing with Richard Cunningham who has been excellent throughout the whole procedure. He has kept me up to date with all information and any news that he received. He has continually been keeping me updated with e-mails and phone calls which have made this process run very smoothly and stress free! I believe the charge for this service is very fair when you compare them to other local firms for the same service. My brother has been in the process of buying his first place the same time as me using another solicitor. The service received from ‘The Partnership’ has been in a completely different league. I have always been kept in the know whereas my brother has always been calling and chasing for updates. The documents received from the searches are professionally presented with a summary describing any concerns related to the search results. I have been extremely happy with the service I have received and would have no qualms in recommending them to anyone.

Guy adviced us on the writing of our Wills. His advice was fantastic and covered many areas we had never considered. I would happily recommend Guy to anyone looking to prepare a Will.
Appointment times were flexible and we were even able to conduct appointments over the phone from home in the evenings.
The rate charged was well below the rates we were quoted by other solicitors.

As a 1st time buyer I needed a solicitor that could make me feel like she had things under control and I didn't have to chase her to complete things. I have a day job which is quite stressful so adding an extra stress is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Buying a property is one of the most important purchases one can do, so I was lucky to be referred by a colleague to Claire Speller who was extremely competent, detailed oriented, she handled the whole process in the most professional way and most importantly, she kept me informed of all steps. The other aspect I liked about the partnership is that they gave me a quote and you stick to it, there were no surprises along the way. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Just completed using The Partnership. Agent recommended us and we were sceptical because of all the warnings that we read that agents only recommend when they are getting introductory fees. We need not have worried as they were brilliant. Although there were problems, they were never too busy to help get things through and even did the other solicitors wording for them. and didn't charge us extra!

What we really liked was that the quote was prepared almost immediately which is great given that they already spent twenty minutes explaining the process to us before we started. Unlike the cheap firms out there, you really felt that your business was important to them and they really wanted to help you. Really good experience.

Peter asked us to put this rating on the website because we were so happy with the service that we got. The quote was clear and simple and they charged us what they said they would and nothing extra. we'd had a really bad experience with our previous solicitor who were a cheap company from Liverpool. We learnt from our mistakes because we realised that having a named person on the end of the telephone or by email was more important than a few hundred pounds and the partnership were definitely worth that small bit extra. We'll be recommmending them to our friends because there's no such thing as cheap good conveyancing.

Guy sorted out our will - over the telephone - really quick, and the price was very fair. Heartily recommend them compared with the other rip-off merchants that are there.

We chose this firm because our agent said that they were friendly and efficient. What more can we say - they picked up the phone, gave us a quote, and we had the paperwork the following morning. Brilliant - if only all law firms were like these guys.

This was the first time that I'd ever bought a flat, and although there were really stressful times, the best thing was that I could always pick up the phone and talk to Gaynor - and you never felt guilty for doing it! Helpful, available and they use email! Great people - great service

Our will was tricky but Guy helped us along all the way - the use of telephone and email really helped us because we both work. If only all lawyers were this easy to work with.

When we found that our family solicitor was no longer working, we were really stuck. So when our friends recommended The Partnership, we were really hopeful that they were going to be good. We were not disappointed; but were absolutely delighted. Gaynor and Peter were both really friendly and helpful, and didn't try to baffle us with legalese - the transaction went through really well, even though we had very stressful times, they were always there to help - brilliant!

We had an extremely complicated sale involving multiple parcels of land. We were recommended by an agent to use The Partnership, and we absolutely delighted that we took their advice as Claire was absolutely superb and ensured that the deal went through efficiently and effectively. Guy was fantastic - even though he was working on a fixed fee, he spent many many hours with us, ensuring that our Wills were correct. Their telephone service and people were excellent - we can definitely recommend them!
