A little perplexed how this review relates to Tyndallwoods. We haven't undertaken Criminal work since 2012. This review may refer to Alpha Solicitors and Advocates, who we formed by the members of the old Tyndallwoods Crime department.

Fantastic service, communication is very good via email and phone. The solicitor took a long time to explain the implications before I signed the will. Also made suggestions as per a 'Letter of Wishes' and LAP requirements and the advantages of taking an LAP out.
Charges were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Parking is easy especially if disabled.
Would thoroughly recommend this company.

“I have included a completed copy of the customer satisfaction questionnaire but I would like to add comments of my own. Visiting a Solicitor can be a stressful event, particularly at times when a client is feeling vulnerable and is dealing with unfamiliar and complicated matters. Visiting Tyndallwoods is entirely without stress. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming and friendly without in any way compromising the professionalism one needs and expects. The offices are charming and without the endless box files piled precariously onto every flat surface which seems common in all other solicitors’ offices! In short, I felt reassured from the start that I was in very capable hands and nothing has happened to change that first impression
