Excellent service from Vincents solicitors in Preston. They came to my aid when my existing solicitor let me down and our house sale was in danger of falling through. Jemma and Jade worked really hard to turn the situation around during lockdown, completed the conveyancing in record time and all for a reasonable price. They kept in constant touch with me throughout a difficult time and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Totaly disappointed! Bad communication, sometimes no reply to emails (still haven't received an answer after a week and a half). They move really slow. Initially, they told me that everything will be ready in about 6 weeks, now we have 9 weeks and still they can't tell precisely when everything will be ready!! I have to inform the landlord that I'm leaving with 30days before, and my contract should expire at the end of this month. Because of the solicitors, I will lose money because I'm forced to stay more in a rent, even if I started all the procedures with more than 3 months before our rental contract expires. This is not fair, not professional!

Totally agree. Really don’t know how they get away with this. Wouldn’t recommend this firm to anybody
