Very disappointing. He never sent us copies of any correspondence, so we never knew what was happening. He went on holiday, without warning at the crucial stage of a purchase and sale and left us completely in the lurch with a locum, whom he had not bothered to brief. Part of the garden of the purchased house turned out to be land belonging to another party. And now, over 4 years later, he is still holding on to a £250 retention, on the sold property, and refusing/forgetting to refund it. We will never use again.
