Very poor,
Extremely slow to respond to communication. Were not forthcoming on the status of the conveyancing.
I had to correct their mistakes in the detail of the property conveyancing.
The final bill was incorrect and I had to point this out before a corrected bill was created.
I now find that there is a duplicate entry in the Land Registry, which I believe should have been identified by the Priority Search.
