Great advice and service on my buy to let remortgaging, Natalie was a great help, quick and efficient. I would strongly recommend this solicitor again.

I was amazed at the responsiveness of the service Spicketts Battrick (Clifton Street branch) provided during a pandemic.
Both solicitors who I was dealing with were very accommodating and even allowed safe collection of documents as first class post was taking over a week to arrive.

Natalie was brilliant in leading our house purchase. She was clear, concise and patient with us and ensured all the right questions were asked and answered, taking the time to explain implications of each and fully supported our interests throughout. It was very clear when seeing the quality of correspondence from the vendors solicitors that we had made the right choice in using SB. Her assistant Sheekilah was also a huge help in providing answers to queries and questions, as well as providing regular communications and updates. 10/10 would recommend.

I would just like to thank Natalie from the Cardiff branch for all of her hard work over the last 4 Months.
I used the Forces Help to Buy process to help me purchase my property and at times the hoops that had to be jumped through were enough to test the patience of a saint.
Natalie was a star throughout the whole process from start to finish, wether that be dealing with the continuous questions/delays from the MoD or my personal frustrations when the Vendor's follow on property fell through and forced us to request her to submit an unpopular ultimatum prior to the Christmas period.
Thank you for making the whole process as painless as possible.
I would most definitely recommend this Law Firm to anybody wanting to purchase a property.

Spicketts Battrick gave excellent service in what was a very difficult conveyance which lasted 6 months. They are a large practice and when you ring through, any member of staff can help you or deal with the situation. As my conveyance got more difficult and complicated I was assigned a solicitor, Natalie Raker who was exceptional, efficient, professional and did everything possible to try to get to exchange and completion, answering a barrage of complicated questions and requests.

The fees were a set price so I had the security that I was not going to receive a large solicitors bill at the end.

I have no hesitation in recommending Spicketts Battrick.
