I have dealt with Spicketts for a couple of years and I find them brilliant.
I have sold and purchased property’s with them and they are very efficient and nothing is to much trouble.

The service I had was prompt and I was always kept informed at every stage with what felt like a personal service from the polite and friendly staff. The company were aware that I needed to complete all the different aspects of selling the house as quickly as possible and they did their best to achieve this for me. I would, therefore, certainly recommend them.

Excellent service, Sharon was my solicitor and explained things to me very patiently and clearly, followed up the seller and created some extra things for safety during Coronavirus. As a 1st time buyer I strongly recommend. This was a smooth process.

Spicketts made buying a house a lot easier than I thought it would be. Suzanne moved things along quickly for me, helping me through the necessary paperwork. Sent me the keys so I didn't need to travel. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and correspondence provided by Sharon. Sharon was really efficient and delivered a very quick completion of our house purchase I Could not have asked for anyone better. Tracey Murphy was excellent highly recomend her for family law. Saved me coming back to court for the 3rd time I now have a healthy relationship with my son without his mother controling when I see him and pulling the strings I now dont have to have any contact with his mother after years of emotional abuse thanks to the represtentation from Tracey.

Sharon was very thorough and timely in delivering all her work. Everything arrived with clear guidance on what to do. Service was well
priced compared to say Cardiff solicitors who do the same work.

What made Sharon so good was when there was a problem she dealt with it instantaneously and more importantly got the other sides to do something about it.

I have been absolutely delighted with the service I received by both Lisa & Sam. They have given me the confidence to say not all solicitors give poor value for money, they have certainly earnt their wages! They have been professional but always personable and allowed me the time to explain points when I wasn’t sure of legal jargon. I have already passed their details on to my daughter who is using Sam at present, that surely shows what confidence I have in these girls.

This was a difficult property to sell and the buyers' solicitors were asking a lot of specific and detailed questions that had to be dealt with. Carys Davies did an excellent job of handling it all for me with a successful outcome.

I would highly recommend using Spicketts Battrick! My conveyancer Carys Davies and her assistant Michaela Hallett made the process as hassle free as possible. They were always available to answer my queries and were very helpful over all. Cannot fault them and would definitely use them again.

Following my father's admission to a nursing home last year Sharon Fitzpatrick arranged my Power of Attorney and recent sale of his property. Both were completed speedily. I was kept informed of progress and without any legal jargon.
At a stressful time both Sharon and secretary Fran were very friendly and for this I was most grateful as my head was elsewhere.
I would not hesitate to use again.

Carys Davies dealt with the conveyancing for my recent property purchase. It was the second time I'd used Spicketts Battrick for conveyancing, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Carys on both occasions. She was efficient, professional, easy to contact and did an accurate and speedy job on both house purchases. I will be using them again.
