Leonard’s partnership with conman Masood Ali gives this company a 1 star. 3 months for them to organise my mortgages and nothing done leaving me in the lurch. Stay away from any company involved with Masood Ali the supposed financial adviser and insurance broker.

I won't go into details as I don't feel this is the forum but suffice to say I was horrified with my brief encounter with this company. Due to bad advice given to me by an appointed viewing agent from this company I lost an opportunity to bid on a property. My follow up calls and emails to Sturrock Armstrong and Thomson were not returned and no redress or remediation was offered or given as to why this had happened. While not a client I found their whole approach thoroughly dissatisfying.

Since my request for a follow up call from a Director has been ignored I look forward to your public response here.

I wouldn't touch this firm with a barge-pole. My own solicitor and I both had to contact SA&T on a few occasions in relation to a property that they had for sale. Their level of customer service was simply shocking! No telephone manners, didn't return telephone calls - it appears they don't have a clue and don't care either.
