I am left extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism behind this company, and one gentlemen in particular who was extremely rude on a recorded phone call with myself.
I was instructed to go and get hospital help and hung up on for merely enquiring about a Will from my recently deceased mother in a polite fashion.
If you look on social media, searching their name, you will find further evidence of this companies lack of regard for others.
