If you are expecting a prompt and professional service where you are respected and valued as a Client and customer, DO NOT use the conveyancing department of Twomlows.

They never reply to emails, do not return calls and go on leave and remain uncontactable for weeks on end. They do not share important information with Clients, don't keep them updated on the progress of the case and are generally unhelpful. They don't follow their own Terms and Conditions and any agreed terms are ignored.

When a concern is raised, rather than address it in a professional manner and seek a resolution, they are more likely to ignore, insult and blame the Client and refuse to represent them. They are arrogant and unaccountable; referring to their clients as being less favourable than criminals.

While I was hoping to complete on a set date, just 2 days before they refused to act for me and informed the vendors solicitors they were no longer representing me, throwing the entire purchase into jeopardy. You have been warned!
