They proclaim on their website that a house purchase takes 6-8 weeks, infact it's more like 6-8 months!! Slow responses to other acting solicitors, takes a week to reply to us and that's after chasing! Frustrated to say the least.

We were recommended to a particular female solicitor who seemed at the start that she'd be extremely efficient, unfortunately we are many months into buying with a short chain and the lack of efficiency is astounding. I would not recommend this firm, they continue with unnecessary queries and drag it out for much longer than it needs to be. Many completion dates put forward and failed. Now she's unavailable to answer calls or return emails efficiently. So frustrating and covid is no excuse as it is computer based. Paying for a service that should help matters not hinder them. Very disappointed.
