Over 4 years on a basic hearing claim customer service shocking still don't know what is going on like trying to contact the dead today don't fancy my chances of receiving any compensation awfull over 4 years

I too have been pursueing a hearing loss claim with Walker Prestons solicitors for the past 5 years. Their customer service is appalling. They do not return calls, emails or letters in the post. They do not keep me updated with anything. I will see this out to the end but I will never recommend them to anyone else and will actively discourage people from using them.

They are dealing with a simple hearing loss claim with no communication whatsoever.
They don't respond to e mails or letters sent by recorded delivery.

Was referred to this company. Been on going for nearly a year. Customer service is very poor. Lucky to get an email back. Customer service is awful.

Another hearing loss claim that has been ongoing for over 3 years. They claim to keep clients updated on the progress of your claim, but my experience is they ignore their clients, and fail completely in progressing claims in a timely manner

This company is dreadful. They have been engaged with a simple hearing loss claim for me for over 3.1/2 years now and seem to be no nearer solution than when action started. Letters are either ignored or replied to in a manner that is incomprehensible. I shall be drawing this to the attention of the Legal Ombudsman.

SEEMS LIKE THEY REALLY HAVE NOT INTEREST IN HEARING LOSS CLAIMS YET THEY TAKE THEM ON IN THE FIRST PLACE !
