As the buyer of a property that is being sold by Watson’s client, the struggle to get quick responses has been astonishing! We are waiting still for the last pieces of paperwork to complete the sale. We have been waiting since the beginning of the year to complete this sale, and have been paying for an Airbnb for the duration of the sale. Due to their incompetence and negligence we have been cost money. We cannot fire them, as they are not our solicitors. I would suggest that anyone buying a house that is being handled by this solicitor pull out while you still have a chance, you’ll be waiting for months due to poor response times.

The third and last time we will use Watsons. Awful communication, lengthy delays. I suggest you go elsewhere, we and our family members will in future.
You can’t blame Covid for your incompetence.

Terrible service, Michaela was the solicitor provided, doesn’t response to emails. When she does respond very vague responses not helpful at all. Didn’t inform me of the completion of sale in spite me sending her an email asking for an update/ had I completed. Had a meeting to provide my ID at 8.30 at the beginning of the process I was waiting until 9 she didn’t turn up. The receptionist had to take photocopies on her behalf. I used two solicitors for the sale/purchase of properties Watson solicitors were terrible compared to Fiona Bruce in Stockton Heath. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

Very poor and unproffesional service.My worst experience ever with solicitors.After talking with Danny about what i need and asking me to pay in full up front I never heard back from them.After I started calling them nearly every day and being sold same story by the receptionist ``He is not in the office,he is on the phone,he is busy ,etc...but he will call you back asap.......finally after many days calling them, a lady called me back and said she ll do the document for me.She emailed me the document with wrong information,they got wrong even my date of birth even if they have my passport photocopy.I emailed them 10 days ago about the mistakes and questions about this document but of course i got no reply from them yet.
Don t make this mistake and choose this company to work with as they just take your money then treat you with ignorance and big chances you got no work done in time and poor work as well.
