Services are priced far higher than competitors. We paid for this overpriced service as we required a higher level in handling our conveyancing. Unfortunately this was not received and my husband had to constantly intervene and chase for documents on behalf of Weller's. We ended up going with an alternative company who were outstanding and handled our conveyancing seamlessly for 1/5th of the price. I would shop around before considering using Weller's law group. Extremely disappointed in the service and price.

One of the worse big mistake. No response to emails or calls. No update regard your case. Only invoices. When you complain, they will be extremely rude. End up you pay much more than they quote and no update.

General Legal advice

Just want to share my experience here that my husband and I recently had with the Wellers Law Group. The firm was recommended to us by a different solicitor so we did not do a proper check on the reviews. That proofed to be an expensive mistake. The positive thing about the service was that they try to help and I think have good intend. I assume that the lawyers there are just overloaded with cases. It took them a lot of time to come back to us. Unfortunately, the Wellers Law Group charged us every day that we followed-up. Unbelievable law firm. Do not work with Laura Gladding! They only had to counter-sign a prepared contract on my behalf and told me before that this would be covered on a short phone call of 1 hour for £100. I then had the phone call and paid afterwards additional £500 on accounts. In total the firm charged me over £900 for a prepared contract. I strongly recommend not to work with this firm.
