From an initial costing of £600 and a promise of a response within 14 days...The final cost of £3800 18 months later and still David Shipman has not brought a closure to the matter.Total incompetence and a failure to report the other solicitor involved to the S.R.A although requested and demanded by Trading Standards.He has allowed the other solicitor to ignore letters,phone calls and emails at great cost to his clients.WHY??? Also,after lodging a formal complaint to Mr.Clive Willett nearly 6 weeks ago and a recorded letter 2 weeks ago...NOTHING! No acknowledgement or response.Promised a reply by the end of last week but no response.Phoned again today and was told yet again by the receptionist a response would be made by the end of this week.!!! Please avoid these people ..We are reporting all concerned at Willetts to the S.R.A with the help of Trading Standards and Citizens Advice next week.David Shipman also promised to discuss his over inflated invoice but has flatly refused and will not supply a proper invoice , only a time spent log..We strongly contest this.
