Ed at Williamsons has been amazing and helped me through a really tough few months. From start to finish I can only say they have been brilliant and again a big thank you to Ed and the others I've dealt with at Williamsons.

LUCKY you. Many people do not have a good experience.
And people these days can not believe half the internet reviews for anything. Good or bad.
Funny how poor reviews for any service, including Williamsons solicitors are quickly followed by vague good ones. Funny how poor reviews tend to be very detailed and long compared to good or 5 star reviews that are short and vague. That is why no one can believe much these days.

Dear Anonymous, I am the person who wrote the above review and I can assure you it is genuine and that I wrote this review to allow my thanks to be passed onto the Solicitor I dealt with Ed Cunnah. The details of my matter are private and I do not wish to write about them on the Internet and I would hope that you would respect such wishes from someone simply wanting to say thank you and not force your own experience onto me and others - if you have added your own review then my advice is leave it there for people to read and do not assume that you know what another persons experience was like.

Thw, you should not take comments personally. People have the right to say if a service was good or bad.
I not believe the comment is doing anything other than making a very valid point.

I recently used Williamsons to buy my home and I cannot fault the service I was given. Quick responses to my many emails and calls and always a pleasant person to speak to on the end of the phone. Amanda was superb and even with all the messing around from the sellers she was able to get them moving and us moved in to our new home far quicker than we thought. Thanks!

I can highly recommend Williamsons, my matter was dealt with very professionally throughout and I found my emails and telephone calls were always dealt with and answers provided to me. The answers were always not what I wanted to hear but my Solicitors and the others I dealt with were always honest with me and in the end I got the settlement I deserved thanks to their persistence and I can now get on with life and getting my life back. Thank you.

In my experience with this company-- No, this review is not genuine.
My personal experience is very different and the company secretary/director/complaints officer is a particularly unpleasant character

If its a fake then it's apretty poor one, "The answers were always not what I wanted to hear" ????

I suggest one performs a Google search of ( Williamson Solicitors, solicitor struck off ).
Incompetent firm from my experience.

I would not recommend this solicitor. They did not send full information to experts who were supposed to be commenting on my case. fail to communicate with me, made me do a lot of the work in terms of making complains about my treatment to the GMC etc. so they could use that information. Refused to comment on why experts seemed to be missing information etc. Generally very rude and unhelpful. Just generally delayed my attempt to claim for a year.

Sounds like a personal injury case or medical. Sounds like a poor expert witness, sounds like a lack of care to details on case. Probably a barrister somewhere in the shadows showing little enthusiasm.

Shocking. Avoid. As a lot of people say, they drop you like a red hot coal if there isn't anything in it for them.

I find it hard to believe that so many people have rated this firm 5 Star, they seem to make it up as they go along and I have irrefutable documented evidence that they advised us wrongly on a point of law.
I am very much with those who have given this firm a negative review and I would advise others to avoid them like the plague

Agread. The problem nowadays is firms can set up twitter accounts, Facebook accounts, build flashy websites without nessesraly needing to care too much about vurbal reputation. I would allways be sceptical about 5 star reviews that lack substance.

Was advised not to use this firm or any other firm for that matter.
Never the less I did regretfully use Williamsons for approximately two years, by which time I came to the conclusion that a great deal of reviews for this firm might be bogus. I agree with the various highly critical detailed reviewers out there. Four words, exceptionally unreliable, patchy, uncaring, and should you still want to use the services, I strongly suggest you ask your potential lawyer in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury to tell you how many cases they investigate per year in comparison to how many clients end up with any compensation at all. You be the judge.

There are quite a lot of things I was not happy with Williamsons solicitors,Firstly I don't think mr slow and me ever got on/no rapport. I think no win no fee deals are useless. It took a whole year to establish I had no case.I feel very aggrieved with the judicial system,To the extent that if I did pay another solicitor 4 grand or so,Istill would not get the justice I deserve.Mr slow sent my hospital records to a Mr getty but he did not send mysurgery records, dont quite get that.Mr slow I think you should hang your head in shame as you also near the end passed my case onto mr gray. My 3 years to claim is almost up.So thanks for nothing,But you will get your money

Could not agree more with this negative review. Avoid !

Mr Tim slow was the head of the department then suddenly Mr grey was. Whats that all about ?
Client's should be told when their own solisitor is no longer the head of the department and isn't incharge.
Disconcerting since Mr Tim slow is vastly more senior and exsperionsed ?

I cannot thank Nick Gray and his team at Williamsons enough. They have been far more than a Solicitors to me and my family and have always had the time to listen and help us when we have needed it most. Thank you.

I am the author of the review below - and am surprised to be writing this for my sister-in-law. She works for our local police, and had injured herself at work. Knowing how I had been looked after by Williamsons, she, without reference to myself, contacted them to act on her behalf and is now well on the way to resolving her situation. She tells me she is extremely pleased to be in such capable hands. Her name is Jill Williams and I am happy to be contacted at any time to confirm these comments.

Richard Smith of Williamsons has always acted professionally, courteously - even when I was in sufficient pain as to be less than courteous myself - and has achieved a result I find amazing. I would heartily recomment them for their tenacity and capability in acting for any personal injury claim. My most grateful thanks to them.
