No Win No Fee Solicitors

No win no fee arrangements are otherwise known as conditional fee arrangements. With this type of arrangement you can pursue a legal claim (in particular accident and injury claims) without having to pay upfront for any legal services. If your claim is not successful than you will not have to pay anything but if it is successful you will have to pay back an agreed percentage of your compensation to the solicitor. This percentage should always be agreed before the claim is initiated.
