This has been a very difficult year for me. I have to say that the work carried out on my behalf by all of your staff has been impressive and excellent. Making a will, conveyancing (x2) (power of attorney earlier) and probate matters were carried out in such a manner to give me the confidence to complete family issues to a more than satisfactory conclusion. I am very happy with all aspects of being helped out by yourselves.

I was slightly puzzled, about being paid (at my request) by cheque, rather than bank transfer with a charge of £18.00. I've always dealt with good old-fashioned cheques, which don't seem to be popular anymore! I intend to deal with you in the future & I hope you will not disappoint me with my favourite payment/receiving method.
