What I most liked about your service is that it was easy to use. I was nervous about contacting you at first but that changed as soon as I had spoken to your staff who were very friendly. I would certainly recommend your service to other people thinking of making a medical negligence claim

I should like to thank you for all the work that you and your company have put into my case. You have made me feel secure in the fact that you will not be satisfied until I am. You have showed endless patience, compassion and sensitivity in your dealings with my case. Even though I am a good distance from you, I don't feel isolated. In fact, nothing seems to be too much trouble to the extent of you replying to my e-mails at weekends or arranging telephone calls out of hours to suit my work schedule. You have never failed to keep me informed of your every move on my behalf, usually in great detail too. Your positive approach to this complex case gives me confidence in your abilities and those of the various experts you have retained on my behalf. Even though we are having to work to tight deadlines I never feel pressured by you, but always assured of your best attention. I have confidence in your ability to take things to the best conclusion, whatever that may be, I'll be happy in the knowledge that you did your best, and then some more, on my behalf.

After sacking our first solicitor who was hopeless 1stClaims' solicitor was a breath of fresh air. Extremely knowledgable and kept us informed regularly. I would have no hesitation in receommending them in similar circumstances. Excellent
