Set up a will for my late Mother years ago sadly no longer with me, problem transferring property into my name with a AP1 form solicitor now not interested assisting in this matter what receptionist calls a 'Small one off request ' had I known this was the service to expect further down line I would have thought about using a different firm absolutely no loyalty towards past clients as is the case here. Furthermore shocking representation from a legal body I feel !
