The service I received was nothing short of amazing. Contact, communication, service, nothing was too much trouble.
Special mention to Rachel Livesey, Kay Dyson, Dave Lavery and Chris Lyons: each had a touchpoint with my case and all knew what each other was doing. The most seamless and joined up service I have ever received in all my previous sales/purchases of homes.

Dave was exceptional. His constant updates really helped a stressful transaction be really straight forward. Speaking to other people who are selling it hasn’t been an experience like this. They say there has been delays, lakck of info but not here! Already instructed him to act on another 2 of my investment property sales. My only comment would be that should be charging more for your services. People may look at the low fee and think too good to be true!!!!! Thanks Dave.

Both were superb in the handling of the transaction,sometimes challenging

David and his team looked after the sale of our family home last year. I have known David for many years but this review isn’t just a review because he is a friend. He did an incredible job on getting the sale through quickly and it had so much emotional attachment to us. He handled the transaction with the attention it deserved with constant updates and empathy and even humour at times. There must have been so much pressure on him to do it right due to our friendship. Even though the pressure wouldn’t have come from us. I can only imagine the pressure he would have put on himself to get it through quickly without any hassle abs he over delivered. I can’t recommend David and Adlington Law highly enough. We will also be going back to David for him to write our Wills in the near future. Great company and highly recommended for Conveyancing. Thanks David once again!
