I cant fault Aegis Legal, they were professional, informative and reassuring from day 1,
I started my claim for compensation against a previous employer due to an injury i sustained at work back at the end of april and its just been settled at an amount higher than first offered. i am more than satisfied and overwhelmed with their service.
Daniel Stitt was fantastic, they did all the work and kept me updated at every stage over the Aegis Legal app, email and phone.
This is the first time I've used a solicitors for any kind of injury and to be honest and i wasn't expecting the outcome to be half as good as what it was.
I would highly recommend Aegis Legal to anyone seeking legal aid.
A 5star service with a 5star legal team.

I fell very ill during a trip to Mexico several years ago and was hospitalised as a result.
I stupidly raised this with a company called sick holidays rather than speaking with Tui directly.
After the legal contact changing several times and many years passing my case was passed to Aegis Legal who initially seemed ok and were making all the right noises that my case would be taken seriously and resolved.
I could not have been more wrong !!!!
They instructed a doctor/medical professional to go through several questions with me although every bit of information had been provided several times already.
The report arrived for me to sign and several utter lies and exaggerations were added to the report.
As much as this may have helped me to win the case it was not true and didn’t sit well with me so I reported this and insisted on a second accurate report being done.
They asked for the same information so many times I suspected that they had lost some paperwork, my faith in them was fading having witnessed several typing errors and getting an email that wasn’t meant for me but another client (surely confidential).
After jumping through hoops for years and having to chase at every stage I received a letter out of the blue advising that they would not be continuing with my case?
I was absolutely gutted as my illness and every detail I gave was 100% genuine.
They offered to send me my file to go to court myself but it was clear that this would cost a lot of money and the deadline to present to court was very close so virtually impossible for me to achieve.
This has left me feeling very disheartened by this system and upset as wasting so much time on this only for it to be dismissed by Aegis Legal so flippantly.
Please please please do not use this company

It was a no win no fee case. They only took 25% and they did a lot of work for it. Paul Stanway was in charge of the case and did a fantastic job. I got a great result with great service. Highly recommended.

Great service, today received confirmation from Claire Haley that i would be receiving a cheque for £8488 for a trip injury that i sustained at work, well done all concerned especially Claire.
