We waited nearly a month for an appointment with one of their specialist will solicitors at their Llanrwst office. Turned up at the appointment and were asked to wait as there had been a slight delay. Waited 30 minutes and was told the solicitor was delayed and we would be called upstairs shortly. I asked what the delay was and was told the solicitor was somewhere between Chester and Wrexham. Well their Llanrwst office is a good hours drive from Chester so I asked how could she be also upstairs? After several more questions I was eventually told that the solicitor we were supposed to be seeing was not in the office and our meeting would be with another solicitor via an online TEAMS MEETING. Problem is they could’t locate this person either. Ended up walking out of the office in disgust.

Service was a no win no fee, but they went ahead and put a terrible offer in without my approval, shambles from start to finish, had to take them to the regulator, would not ever use these, very poor service.

An error was made by one of the team regarding a charge against a property which cost me over £4,000 to reslove. Allington Hughes were not interested in sorting out the problem explaining that it was by a partner who worked for a previous company. Basically as always buyer beware they are happy to take your money but not so happy to sort out any problems.
