Was trying to organise a probate house sale. Phoned on three separate occasions trying to work out what was going on and was spoken to rudely all three times. They were unkind, talked to me like i was an idiot and in fact seemed irritated that i would even call them. This is a process that i know nothing about so was trying to work out how i was meant to be organising certain aspects and instead was met with coldness and just sheer disrespect. Especially a company that deals with probate you would hope they would have at least some compassion. I was spoken to sharply, very rudely and left the interaction feeling very distressed. Will be avoiding these people as much as possible.

I had inherited a property from my late mother, and still lawfully resided there as my late mother requested. Upon request of updates of proceedings, exchange of contracts, dates etc. I was often dismissed and not given any information at all. I called, and emailed with no response. Partially 'Katherine Oakes', who was the least helpful, and lacked basic knowledge. As I often got ''I don’t believe I would be able to assist you.''
