Appalling service. Kept having to chase them constantly. Junior staff needed to be trained. I had to speak to a senior member to progress our file. Would never use again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Amphlett Lissimore Solicitors - ( Quality Solicitors - should be deleted from their advert ). In my opinion there was a total lack of communication, I had to practically beg for any update or information and even then I had to wait weeks for a reply, which I felt was way too long to leave a client not knowing their position. I was made to feel completely unimportant, in such circumstances. Decisions were made without my knowledge - their answer to this was - "we decided not to ask whether you agree or not, including spending my money, because we decided your answer would be NO". I wasn't given the opportunity to say YES or NO, absolutely unprofessional in my opinion. Would I recommend these solicitors, NO, NO, NO, and definitely not worth the money.

Used them for wills and they were excellent. Contacted them for a property transaction and after initial discussion have chased four times and still no response Very unprofessional so I’ll have to try another firm and can’t recommend them as I would have previously

Solicitor was incompetent. Documents were often filled with errors, both factual errors and grammatical errors, showing a lack of care and diligence. Solicitor failed to respond to emailed requests for information and did not process the documents from other concerned parties in a timely manner.

I would definitely NOT recommend this firm for conveyancing work.

The service was very poor. Our solicitor went on holiday and the person providing their cover didn’t work on Fridays but did not communicate this to anyone so we could not exchange on the agreed date. No one else from the solicitor firm responded to attempts to contact them. We requested in writing for the sellers to leave behind a key item and this wasn’t passed on to them, so we have had four weeks trying to sort this out. We were not alerted to an early repayment charge from our mortgage lender until the last minute. Started well but response times got slower and slower as the process went on.
