I would give a zero rating if it was possible. Do not use these solicitors. 27 weeks I have been waiting as a first time buyer to move into a new property. The solicitor knew there was an issue with the valuation details back in October and he still has not resolved it. I gave him a deadline of this Friday for exchange and completion after so many others have been and gone and today he said he hadn't spoken to the lender because he would need to wait on the phone for 20 mins!!! That is just one of a catalogue of ridiculous excuses that have gone on and on.
