Poor service, stated numerous things they were going to do but didnt.. First lawyer who was a criminal lawyer left the firm and my case (criminal) was handed to a transport lawyer way out of his depth. When challenged on things he chose to not to represent me the night before court . Previous correspondence had been a week before.

Service was nice. Friendly but SLOW. All I wanted was to put an offer in for a property and not only did it take forever, I got billed approx £1600. Outrageous since I know other people who have used the company were billed considerably less. The usual amount of about £200-£300. Be careful of companies who want to take your money.

Absolute joke of a firm - completely corrupt! "Law Firm of the Year 2020" apparently. Shows what disgrace the profession is. Ask any of the people who have had the misfortune of dealing with these jokers if this was deserved.
