very obscure small firm of two solicitors. Certainly not one that i would recommend. Not a good experience at all. As you can imagine, with only two solicitors you are scuppered with regards to making a formal complaint. It would be the other solicitor dealing with your complaint. Knowing what i know now, making a formal complaint would in my humble opinion not be taken very well at all with these foke. There are far better firms out their importantly with far greater expertise & resources. Empathy was also something found to be lacking.

Clearly Armstrong Luty Solicitors have not yet seen this negative review. Clearly they do not take negative reviews well at all, calling a negative reviewer a malicious troll over on Google reviews, can you believe that. Suddenly a number of 5 star reviews appearing over on googles reviews with no substance no doubt to counteract negative review. Their profile on here will either be removed by them, or when this is seen will be inundated with 5 star reviews one after the other with no substance to counteract the above review.
